Cotton Natural Return/Exchange Policy
We value our relationship with you and want you to love your purchase.
If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange it under the policy below.
Return & Exchange Window
30 days from delivery
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
Exchanges
How it works: Send your item back to us with a request for your new sizing; once received, we’ll ship your requested size/color at no additional charge and email you the new tracking number.
Return shipping: You may use any carrier or request our discounted return label for $6.95 (optional).
Timing: Exchanges are processed 1–3 business days after your exchange is delivered to our warehouse.
Refunds
Return shipping: You may use your own carrier, or request our $6.95 label (we’ll deduct $6.95 from your refund if you use our label).
Original shipping: The original shipping paid at checkout is non-refundable.
Timing: Refunds are processed 1–3 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse. You will receive an email as soon as your refund has been processed.
Request a Return Label (Optional)
Email cninfo@cottonnatural.com or call (954) 613-5870 with your order # and the item(s) you’re returning. If you choose our prepaid label, $6.95 will be deducted from your refund; you’re always welcome to use your own carrier instead.
If we made a mistake
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid label and issue a 100% refund including original shipping, or send a no-cost replacement—your choice.

Damaged items & shortages
Report within 7 days of delivery.

Undeliverable / Refused packages
You are responsible for transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier.
