Cotton Natural Return Policy
Cotton Natural values our relationship with you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, you may do so under the following policy, which applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.
Any product may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition. To return a product, please contact our Customer Service Department at Jay@CottonNatural.com Be sure to have your invoice number (top right) handy. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging.
Returned products must be shipped to our warehouse. This address will be provided once the Return Authorization has been approved.
We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged or unless you have spoken to the office regarding any issues.
When shipping products back to us, forward to Cotton Natural a copy and retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records, so that all parties can track the shipment. Email tracking information to us at Jay@CottonNatural.com
Damaged Items and Shortages
Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by calling our Customer Service Department from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier.
